RENTAL CONDITIONS

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Once you have identified the accommodation you want to book, the booking confirmation will be formalized directly online, from the "CHECK AVAILABILITY" section: enter the reference dates, and after reviewing the quote, you can proceed to confirm by filling out the required personal information. You will receive the information to proceed with the payment simultaneously.

TRAFFIC AND SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

STANDARD RATE
Selecting the standard rate at the booking confirmation does not require any deposit, but the full amount will be charged. Once you have completed the above-mentioned booking form, you will receive an email in the email inbox you provided containing the reservation information. Selecting the "Standard" rate, cancellation is always free up to 7 days before check-in. A penalty equal to 50% of the reservation amount will be applied in case of cancellation within 7 days before arrival. If you cancel during your stay, you will still be charged the full amount of the reservation.

FLEXIBLE RATE
If you select the Standard rate, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount will be required at the time of booking. The remaining balance (70%) will be charged automatically 14 days before check-in. Once you have completed the booking form, you will receive an email at the address you provided, containing all the details of your booking. Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before check-in: in this case, only the 30% deposit already paid will be retained. In case of cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival or early departure during your stay, the full amount of the booking will still be charged.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE
Selecting the "NON-REFUNDABLE" rate at the booking confirmation does not require any deposit, but the full amount will be charged. Once you have completed the above-mentioned booking form, you will receive an email in the email inbox you provided containing the reservation information. Selecting the "NON-REFUNDABLE" rate, any cancellations made at any time after the reservation will be subject to a penalty equal to 100% of the amount paid.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
The check-in and registration procedure will take place entirely online. A few days before the arrival date, you will receive an email in the email inbox provided at the time of booking with the link to perform the SELF CHECK-IN. Entry into the property (after 4:00 PM) is only allowed once the SELF CHECK-IN procedure has been successfully completed. The access mode and key delivery will be indicated by the Concierge service via Whatsapp message to the number you provided.

The key return mode and the CHECK-OUT procedure (by 10:00 AM) will be indicated by the Concierge service via Whatsapp to the number you provided the night before CHECK-OUT day.

EXPECTED SUPPLEMENTS
In properties that accept pets, there is a supplement of €40 per stay to be added to the normal cleaning cost, and the amount will be collected during the SELF CHECK-IN procedure.

TOURIST TAX
The tourist tax is NEVER included in the amount paid at the time of booking. It can be paid via electronic payment during the SELF CHECK-IN procedure in line with municipal guidelines and based on the number of guests.

FOR BOOKINGS THAT COME FROM PORTALS SUCH AS BOOKING, AIRBNB, ETC., THE CONDITIONS REPORTED ON THE PORTAL ITSELF APPLY.

Booking any of our properties implies the tacit acceptance of the above conditions.
