Casa del Salice is an authentic stone country house nestled in the gentle hills of Ripatransone, in the heart of the Marche region. The property is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 10 guests, thanks to its bright and spacious rooms, well-kept outdoor areas, and a large garden with a private pool. The two floors are connected by an outdoor staircase and an internal lift.
— GROUND FLOOR —
The entrance leads to the communal living areas, featuring stone vaulted ceilings and rustic details that capture the traditional spirit of the Marche countryside.
The kitchen is located in a dedicated space and is fully equipped with a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and all the essential utensils. It connects directly to the dining room, where a long wooden table comfortably seats the whole group for meals together.
The property has two separate living areas. The first is a cosy lounge with a wood-burning fireplace, red leather sofas, a Smart TV, and exposed stone walls. The second features two comfortable sofa beds, providing four additional sleeping spaces and bringing the total capacity of the house to 10 guests.
A bathroom with a shower cubicle completes the ground floor.
