Sobald Sie die Unterkunft gefunden haben, die Sie buchen möchten, wird die Buchungsbestätigung direkt online formalisiert, im Abschnitt "VERFÜGBARKEIT ÜBERPRÜFEN": Geben Sie die Referenzdaten ein und nach Prüfung des Angebots können Sie mit der Bestätigung fortfahren, indem Sie die erforderlichen persönlichen Informationen ausfüllen. Sie erhalten gleichzeitig die Informationen zur Zahlung.
VERKEHR UND BESONDERE BEDINGUNGEN
STANDARDTARIF
Bei Auswahl des Standardtarifs bei der Buchungsbestätigung ist keine Anzahlung erforderlich, es wird jedoch der gesamte Betrag berechnet. Nachdem Sie das oben genannte Buchungsformular abgeschlossen haben, erhalten Sie eine E-Mail im von Ihnen angegebenen E-Mail-Postfach mit den Reservierungsinformationen. Bei Auswahl des "Standard" -Tarifs ist die Stornierung bis zu 7 Tage vor dem Check-in immer kostenlos. Es wird eine Strafe in Höhe von 50% des Reservierungsbetrags erhoben, wenn die Stornierung innerhalb von 7 Tagen vor der Ankunft erfolgt.
NICHT ERSTATTUNGSFÄHIGER TARIF
Bei Auswahl des "NICHT ERSTATTUNGSFÄHIGEN" Tarifs bei der Buchungsbestätigung ist keine Anzahlung erforderlich, es wird jedoch der gesamte Betrag berechnet. Nachdem Sie das oben genannte Buchungsformular abgeschlossen haben, erhalten Sie eine E-Mail im von Ihnen angegebenen E-Mail-Postfach mit den Reservierungsinformationen. Bei Auswahl des "NICHT ERSTATTUNGSFÄHIGEN" Tarifs unterliegen eventuelle Stornierungen zu jedem Zeitpunkt nach der Reservierung einer Strafe in Höhe von 100% des gezahlten Betrags.
CHECK-IN UND CHECK-OUT
Die Check-in- und Anmeldeprozedur findet vollständig online statt. Ein paar Tage vor dem Ankunftsdatum erhalten Sie eine E-Mail im zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung angegebenen E-Mail-Postfach mit dem Link zum Durchführen des SELF CHECK-IN. Der Zutritt zur Unterkunft (nach 16:00 Uhr) ist nur möglich, wenn die SELF CHECK-IN-Prozedur erfolgreich abgeschlossen wurde. Die Zugangsart und die Schlüsselübergabe werden vom Concierge-Service per Whatsapp-Nachricht an die von Ihnen angegebene Nummer angezeigt.
Die Art der Schlüsselrückgabe und die CHECK-OUT-Prozedur (bis 10:00 Uhr) werden vom Concierge-Service per Whatsapp an die von Ihnen angegebene Nummer am Abend vor dem CHECK-OUT-Tag angegeben.
VORGESEHENE ZUSCHLÄGE
In Unterkünften, die Tiere akzeptieren, fällt eine Gebühr von 40 € pro Aufenthalt zusätzlich zu den normalen Reinigungskosten an, und der Betrag wird während des SELF CHECK-IN-Verfahrens eingezogen.
KURTAXE
Die Kurtaxe ist NIE im zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung gezahlten Betrag enthalten. Sie kann während des SELF CHECK-IN-Verfahrens per elektronischer Zahlung gemäß den städtischen Richtlinien und abhängig von der Anzahl der Gäste bezahlt werden.
FÜR BUCHUNGEN, DIE VON PORTALEN WIE BOOKING, AIRBNB ETC. KOMMEN, GELTEN DIE AUF DEM PORTAL SELBST ANGEGEBENEN BEDINGUNGEN.
